Position Overview:
This position will work with the Accounts Receivable Manager and will be responsible for the daily management of customer account activity, ensuring the accurate and timely billing and revenue recognition of client services.

Job Functions / Responsibilities:
• Working closely with Sales Coordinators, and Project Managers to review detailed, sometimes complex client contracts to ensure proper account set-up, billing and revenue recognition
• Ensure data integrity of all client information within financial system
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and act as liaison for client issues; escalating to appropriate team members where necessary
• Prepare and send invoices to clients
• Respond to clients’ inquiries
Requirements
Requirements:
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products. Advanced Excel skills is a must
• Experience with Sage Mas500 Accounting System, is a plus
• Experience with contract billing, deferred revenue, is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Part-Time Administrative Assistant Needed! Billerica, MA

New role that we have available at EMD Serono in our Billerica, MA location. I know that this is outside of the realm of our typical/target roles, but wanted to post in case you had any candidates, friends, family members, etc. that might be interested or looking.

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant on a part time basis (20-25 hours per week, ideally M-F) to support the ImmunoOncology team in the Billerica location. Reporting directly to the Executive Assistant of this and other groups, the ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience and possess great attention to detail. Someone seeking mothers hours and looking to work for a fantastic organiztion in a rewarding environment may find this a great fit. Pay is market and target start is mid September.

Purpose of the Role:
Reporting to the Executive Assistant this role will provide confidential administrative support within the ImmunoOncology organization.
This role will apply superior administrative, organizational, and computer skills to the operations, organization and planning of the department.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
• Process weekly lab orders; directly with Vendors using department Amex Card and or through SAP accounting System; reconciliation at month end. (50%)
• Travel arrangements for Staff on Domestic and International flights. Reconciliation of business expenses at end of each trip within the CONCUR system. (10%)
• Project work such as event planning support and assist in areas as needed, will also be critical elements to this role. (40%)
• Multiple, conflicting priorities must be managed within standards.
• Backup coverage for Executive Assistant when needed.
Accountability Area:
• Ensure SRI's adherence to financial and procurement guidelines
• Responsible for supporting the creation of purchase order from requisitions, document production, customer service support by end users at SRI.
• Responsible for supporting the corporate card guidelines.
Experience & Education:
• Minimum of 3 years experience in office setting
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software. Experience using Lotus Notes, Concur and SAP is a plus.

Hours:
Part-time, 20-25 hours per week, ideally hours between 8:30 – 3:00.

(i.e., normal office duties; must be able to push, lift, pull up to 30 pounds; etc.)

Minimum/General Experience and Education:
  • Ability to pursue a US Government Security Clearance
  • 5 – 7 years of general project management experience, including 2 years of direct supervisor experience
  • BS, BA, or Certificate in the field of Project Management
  • Qualification in project management or equivalent
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
  • Proven experience in personnel management, strategic planning, risk management, and change management
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Microsoft Project
Functional Responsibility:

The Sales Training Manager is responsible for development, writing and delivery of training modules for the Kaspersky sales audience, including employees, partners and distributors.
Main Tasks:
  • Write sales training modules for use across the business, including the creation and recording of compelling e-learning material
