Position Summary:

The Coordinator of Meetings & Events is responsible for coordinating, managing, and providing support for events, meetings, medical conferences for Cubist and for all other projects involving the Meetings & Events department. This person will work collaboratively with staff of all levels across the organization to coordinate meeting logistics.

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

  • Two or more years’ experience in corporate event planning
  • BS/BA degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Operations, Communications or Business
  • Excellent cross-cultural and communication skills, both verbal and written, for internal and external communications
  • Be highly detail oriented
  • Experience with Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal customers and external vendors

This Network and Information Security management position is responsible for the Network topology and Information Security function. Qualifications:

• Experience with network troubleshooting and controls.
• Working knowledge of Network Security of both hardware and software, such as firewall, IDS/IPS, anti-virus, system monitoring, WAN/LAN, encryption technologies, operating systems, authentication, authorization, vulnerability scanning and monitoring tools.
• Experience in IT Sox Audit and Regulatory Compliance.

Mission:
The Financial Aid Counselor serves as an integral part of the Financial
Aid department team at the respective campus level. This position is
responsible for: the day-to-day interaction with both prospective and
currently enrolled students who seek financial aid in pursuit of their
career education; the evaluation, processing and awarding of campus
financial aid applicants; and the support of a collaborative enrollment
management model that reinforces PCI's enrollment success at the campus
level.
The Financial Aid Counselor reports directly to the Assistant Director

1. Actively participate as a member of the Financial Aid team;

supervise, and evaluate resident care staff. Ensure Rogerson House's high
standard of care for people with dementia in a residential setting.
