Coordinator, Meetings & Events
The Coordinator of Meetings & Events is responsible for coordinating, managing, and providing support for events, meetings, medical conferences for Cubist and for all other projects involving the Meetings & Events department. This person will work collaboratively with staff of all levels across the organization to coordinate meeting logistics.
Minimum Basic Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal customers and external vendors
Competencies: Ability to plan multiple programs at once and adjust to changing priorities while maintaining daily administrative responsibilities. On site, must be able to multi-task and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
