YOGA STUDIO CUSTOMER SERVICE (Boston)

All One Yoga is seeking a part-time customer service representative to become a member of our energetic young team. By joining us, you will be choosing to be part of a joyful environment and have a position with loads of responsibility, independence, and people interaction.
All One Yoga is a living arts studio offering yoga and pilates classes for adults. Multiple yoga styles such as Vinyasa, Forrest, and Hatha are offered as well as mat pilates. To learn more, background on All One Yoga may be found at www.alloneyogaboston.com.
The position is performed at our Boston location at 1065 Commonwealth Avenue near the Babcock T stop on the Green B line. Free parking is available for our employees in the Star Market parking lot. 
Hours of employment: 
This time position will be Monday through Thursday 4:00pm to 8:00pm and Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm for a total of 20 hours per week. 
About the position: 
The individual filling this position will be the face and voice of All One Yoga for our customers - projecting the warmth, energy, and joyful personality that characterize our studio. You will greet and check-in yoga customers.
Both in person and over the phone you will
- represent and promote the yoga classes, assisting customers in choosing the best class for them
- process class registrations and retail transactions
You will be expected to
- contribute to the continual improvement of front desk organization and business processes
- perform administrative tasks such as record keeping, written correspondence, ordering supplies 
- help maintain a clean, healthy environment
The ideal candidate will have: 
A warm, friendly, helpful demeanor that shines through in face-to-face and phone interactions.
Experience and track record of success in a customer-focused environment
Ability to handle customer demands with compassion and understanding while adhering to specified business practices and policies
Working knowledge of MindBody Online software and be adept with computers
Critical Success Factors: 
Outstanding verbal communication skills; able to project sincerity, warmth, and excitement
Outgoing personality with a pleasant voice and manner
Strong organization and follow-through skills with a proven ability to multi-task
Confidence to problem solve and think independently
