Groundwork Lawrence (GWL) is seeking a Program Director to lead and grow a variety of education and community initiatives. The Program Director provides overall leadership, direction, development, management, and evaluation of GWL’s programs for youth, families, adults, and groups. Reporting to the Executive Director, this position plays a key leadership role both internally and externally and directly manages staff, outcomes, and collaborative efforts with local, state, and national partners. The Program Director hires, trains, manages, and develops program staff and serves as a member of GWL’s executive staff.
