We are seeking enthusiastic, goal-oriented people who thrive in a competitive and fast paced environment to join our growing sales team. Our Diagnostics Division educates prospective clients on newborn stem cell preservation and genetic screening service offerings. As an Inside Sales Representative in a multi-product selling environment, you will guide expecting parents to the close using a consultative sales process. Primary responsibilities:
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales goals
• Manage and maintain a detailed pipeline to achieve assigned monthly quota
• Comply with assigned schedules, assignments and productivity metrics
Job Requirements:
• 2+ years sales or relevant experience preferred
• Self-motivated to meet or exceed goals
• Ability to create a sense of urgency and the follow-up skills to close sales
• Articulate and professional with an enthusiastic attitude and a focus on results
• Experience in a fast paced, high inbound/outbound call environment is strongly desired.
• Must be highly reliable and motivated to excel
• Strong interpersonal, written, phone and listening skills
• Superior time management, planning and organizational skills
• Computer skills required
• Bachelors Degree required
PerkinElmer offers a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401(k) with company match and generous paid time off. Total target compensation for this role (hourly base plus monthly comission) starting at $65,000 annually.
