Job Description
The Zmags Account Executive is a born hunter that thrives in a fast paced environment and is experienced at closing 10+ new customers a month. The Account Executive enjoys prospecting daily and is skilled at qualifying new customer leads, introducing the Zmags service, conducting deep discovery and mapping customer business pain to the Zmags solution. This is a quota carrying direct sales position with the vast majority of business being conducted via phone and internet communication.
Expectations of a ZMAGS Account Executive
• Hunt for new business daily through a combination of lead follow up and target account prospecting.
• Efficiently manage time to focus on activities that grow pipeline and revenue.
• Conduct thorough discovery, qualify need and prove the value of Zmags solutions to address those needs.
• Actively maintain a sales pipeline in accordance with Zmags process and philosophies.
• Must have high ethics, integrity, and humility and have a desire to exceed expectations every day.
• Be a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the overall team’s success.
• Continuously strive to improve sales effectiveness and business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast paced, results oriented team environment.
Qualified candidates for this position have:
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Demonstrated success achieving quota and exceeding expectations on a consistent basis.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated and driven
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Must have a positive attitude, confident, and desire to be the best.
• A passion for technology is preferred but not required
• Candidates should be experienced in selling software services and comfortable with the SaaS business model.
• Experience with MS Office products and Salesforce.com a plus.
• Familiarity with Sandler selling concepts a plus
