Innovative Co. Seeks Healthcare Savvy Customer Service Rep: Perm - Boston. Immediate opening! (Not a call center!) Will provide product phone support for Doctors and Patients dealing with Oncology issues. Must be able to triage calls and handle Pathology packages. Will participate in the development of department protocols and procedures. Experience in a Lab setting is a large plus.
