BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST

 

Job Description:

Responsibilities: • Be a change agent for the business, influencing process improvement, process adoption and scalability throughout the organization • Interact with technical and non-technical staff to gather requirements and develop system requirement definitions • Review, analyze, evaluate, and document business systems and user requirements
• Configure applications to meet business requirements and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies
• Assist with integration of third-party vendors
Qualifications: • 7+ years progressive experience with the Oracle eBusiness Suite ( version 11i or higher ) • Extensive functional knowledge of one or more of the following areas of the Oracle e-business suite: Manufacturing, order management, projects, HR • Implementation and support experience with multiple global implementations of the Oracle eBusiness Suite version 11i (or above). • Strong understanding of associated business processes • Demonstrated success at influencing change within the business to improve and scale current business processes • SDLC and change control process experience • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) • Strong communication skills. This position may require exposure to information which is subject to US export control regulations i.e. the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration regulations (EAR). All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the within the meaning of US regulations. The ITAR and EAR define a U.S. Person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee. Additional Preferred Qualifications: • Technical experience with Oracle E-Business Suite using SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, API’s, Workflow, Discoverer and XML publisher a plus • Experience implementing and supporting modules of the Agile PLM suite • Experience with OBIEE or other EDW platforms a plus • Prior project management experience a plus • Strong consideration will be given to candidates with experience in the Agile PLM software tool set and/or project-based accounting and contract management
