HRIS Analyst - Oracle -Permanent
Our client located in the Greater Boston area is looking for an HRIS Analyst with Oracle 11i experience to work with team to develop and report on key HR metrics. HRIS Analyst will be responsible for building project plans, maintain a systems orientation and work with other team members to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning. The HRIS Analyst will be a technical point-of-contact for functional areas and assists in data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities in addition to HRMS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects.
Ideal candidate will have worked at a global company,worked with large data sets and done global reporting.
