Career Receptionist needed for Professional Organization.
Salary range is 40k to 45k with fully paid benefits.
· Must have very strong computer skills
· Front desk professional dress appearance.
· Must be organized to book conference rooms
· Great personality to be a host to the stars.
· Great customer service skills with more that 5 years as a Career Receptionist.( not switchboard)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills is a must. An executive at heart who is more an event organiser
Responsibilities are as follows:
Must be very professional, willing to go above and beyond to assist clients prior to meetings. Must have energy, positive attitude and is a career minded individual.
Requirements:
College degree is fine but experience in a professional services organization is preferred. We are looking for someone who enjoys working a Front Desk , greeting client and being sure that our guests are attended to while in our office.
