FT position available to provide and/or supervise therapy treatment for ESP Adult Day Health participants, ages 55 - 100+ years. Responsible for initial evaluations, reassessments and the development of a treatment plan which is consistent with physician orders and participant needs. Valid MA license required as well as 1 - 2 years experience.
