FT evening position responsible for patching and painting departments through out the organization; will include the removal and reinstallation of wall mounted and free standing furniture and equipment. Will perform a variety of grounds keeping, maintenance and housekeeping duties for all health center buildings as needed. Must be available for emergency situations when needed. Qualifications include technical training and/or at least three years experience as a painter/maintenance person; basic knowledge of plumbing, H.V.A.C., carpentry, electricity and repairing equipment; good communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently. HS Diploma/GED required. Must have a valid MA driver’s license and good driving record.
