My client is a large well established healthcare company in Boston. They
have an immediate need for several experienced PeopleSoft professionals.
Job Description
PeopleSoft - Senior HRIS Systems Analyst
This position oversees the design, development, and maintenance of systems
used by Human Resources such as PeopleSoft HRMS, Kenexa Brass Ring and Pure
Safety OHM and other interfacing systems, recommend enhancements as
appropriate. Provide continuing support to Human Resources staff in the
identification, database design, report design and work analysis leading to
automated applications.
Maintains a strong, working relationship with IT, Payroll and Budget
pertaining to software updates, upgrades and new program installations in
order to maintain the Human Resource Systems.
Develops and completes a variety of informational reports for various state,
federal and health industry agencies. Provides continuing support to
managers and supervisors by developing reports as requested.
Candidate must be a self-starter who possesses strong project management
skills as well as a high degree of technical expertise, including the
application of systems analysis and design, programming knowledge and
problem-solving techniques. Must have demonstrated ability to work
independently to deliver accurate analytical tools, analyze problems and
recommend solutions.
Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and
must also have a proven track record as an effective team member who will
follow up on details without prompting.
Candidate must have extensive knowledge of Human Resources policies and
programs as well as excellent PC skills, preferably in the Microsoft Office
suite of applications including Access and SharePoint.
Candidate must be familiar with PeopleSoft, Read/write SQL statements,
PeopleSoft Query and database design.
Minimum Requirements: Work requires the level of knowledge typically
acquired through completion of five years of occupationally specific
education or a Bachelor degree in Computer Programming or a closely related
field and two to three years experience.
Status Full Time - 40 Hours. Schedule, Mon-Fri. Standard Hours per Week
