Responsibilities:

Summary / Purpose
This individual will be spear-heading the Company's financial forecasting, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis and special projects. S/he will provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including preparing board presentations, financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, and other projects requested by senior management. This function acts as the analytical engine of the Finance team to provide insights and support 'optimal' business decision making. This position will report to the Corporate Controller.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepares financial and business related analysis and research in such areas as financial and expense performance, cost of sales, cash flow forecasting, and working capital
• Prepares consolidated forecasts and budgets and analyzes trends in revenue, expense, capital expenditures and other related areas
• Utilizing PC and/or mainframe based systems and software; compiles and prepares reports, graphs and charts of data developed
• Assists with special financial and business related studies and cooperates with other departments in preparing analyses
• Assist with compilation and analysis of consolidated budgets and long range plans
• Maintains and coordinates group completion of financial review templates and meetings
• Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team
• Ad hoc analyses, as needed
Other duties will be assigned

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or related field
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• 5-7 years of experience

CRICO is the patient safety and medical malpractice company owned by and serving the Harvard medical community since 1976. We currently have an opening for an Underwriter in our Underwriting Department. The successful candidate will embrace challenge, create and welcome change and take pride in serving our members. The Underwriting associate is responsible for evaluating underwriting risks. He/she:

• compiles, analyzes and reviews application and other underwriting information from individuals and organizations for accuracy, changes, classification and compliance with underwriting guidelines
• provides timely and efficient service to our member institutions, physicians and related parties, and
• contributes effectively to success of the underwriting team and other departments within the CRICO system

Responsibilities

• Reviews, evaluates and makes recommendations, within authority limits, of individuals and organizations requesting coverage.
• Seeks appropriate signature and takes actions recommended by Senior Underwriters and Underwriting Leadership.
• Analyzes reports and other data needed in the renewal, year-end and underwriting processes.
• Establishes effective relationships with key contacts at assigned member institutions.
• Develops a thorough understanding of underwriting and related risk factors of assigned member institutions; keeps current with this activity.
• Communicates and collaborates effectively with other members of the UW team as well as departments within CRICO.
• Recommends modifications to underwriting guidelines and policies and procedures as needed.
• Participates in project work designed to analyze and trend customer data; ensures data is communicated accurately, and that actionable outcomes are developed and implemented.
• Recommends and implements ideas that improve efficiency, customer service and/or quality.
• Works with Senior UW and UW Leadership to gain an understanding of CRICO policy language and coverage.
• Contributes meaningful content to our monthly UW Report.
• Meets or exceeds service standards in the areas of new business, renewals, audits and confirmations of coverage and requests for information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years of underwriting experience
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
• Insurance designation or other insurance related courses preferred
• Capacity to solve problems while considering impact to CRICO and its members
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

Fleet Customer Service Representative - Billerica (Billerica, MA)

The Fleet Customer Service Representative (CSR) will provide sales, reporting and administrative support to the Account Manager and superior service to our customers. In addition, the CSR will maintain daily contact with and provide customer service through professional verbal and written communication with all customers with the goal of exceeding the customer's expectations for service, knowledge and professionalism. The success of a CSR will be measured, in part, through the Enterprise Customer Service scores generated by the accounts they serve.

The CSR's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Act as a knowledgeable resource for all of their Fleet Management customers
- Achieve and maintain proficiency in all necessary computer applications
- Process factory orders, stock orders, used vehicle needs and various requests for customers
- Primary or secondary point of contact for customers needing information
- Assist the Account Manager by preparing documents and materials for customer meetings, and attend as requested
- Send various important lease documents and letters to customers in a timely manner
- Participate in monthly CSR development meetings and assist to obtain department goals
- Handle all administrative duties related to the customer base
- Perform general office duties and miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

·         Must be at least 21 years old.

·         High School diploma or GED required

·         Associates degree or higher preferred

·         Must have at least 2 years of customer service experience within the past 5 years (business to business environment preferred)

·         Must have a valid US driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no more than 1 moving violation and/or at-fault accident within the past 3 years.

·         No drug or alcohol related conviction on record (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years.

·         Must have basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point)

·         Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
