Position Summary:

The Container Store’s core competency is providing astonishing customer service. Our unique store reporting structure relies on a dedicated team to support and execute our goals. Successful salespeople at The Container Store drive sales by building selling relationships with customers that result in fulfilling customer’s storage and organization needs. In addition, all employees are responsible for supporting and executing the company’s merchandising vision.

Full-time employees enjoy a great deal of responsibility and opportunity. They are actively involved in all aspects of store operations and serve as resources to assist with training in the areas of sales, products, visual merchandising, inventory control and point-of-sale.

Part-time positions include day time shifts to accommodate busy school or family schedules and evening and weekend shifts to work around a full-time job. Part-time employees are focused on ensuring that every customer receives astonishing customer service while helping maintain the visual presentation of the store.

Brooksby Village, an Erickson Living Community, is seeking an experienced Resident Care Manager to oversee and manage our Assisted Care living environment.  The successful candidate will have demonstrated leadership skills and experience working within the senior care industry.  This role requires an individual to be the clinical resource for the Assisted Care program as well as the total coordination of service provided to our residents.  The Resident Care Manager will directly oversee supervisor level support staff for the program, nurses, and household associates.    Personal and professional learning will be a critical part of this position.  The position will play a key role in defining the dynamics in a team.  The successful candidate should be a strong team player and be skilled at developing and managing teams.  As a Assisted Care leader, the successful candidate will create and maintain a strong, cross-functional, accountable team by cultivating employee engagement, dedication to customer service and commitment to quality improvement. 

Minimum of 2 years supervisory and/or nurse management experience.
Experience working within an Assisted Care or Assisted Living environment.
BSN in Nursing preferred; however, LPNs with significant clinical and management experience (5+) will be considered.
Comprehension in developing Individual Service Plans, oversight of medication program, and assessment skills are critical.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  Experience with the internet and web applications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Minimum qualifications include Bachelors Degree in urban or regional planning with four years of progressively responsible local government planning experience.

In addition to providing direct staff support to the Planning Board, the Town Planner provides direct support to the Development Review Committee, Stormwater Management Committee, Economic Development Committee, Affordable Housing Trust, and the Building Department in formulating and implementing the town's on-line permit tracking system.
