Required Skills and Competencies:

Client is looking for “intelligent” individuals that can think/learn on
their own and that loves to build applications. These are individuals that
have built consumer facing website and/or web portal plug-ins. They have
strong grasp of business logic and turning it into application that makes
sense for users to use. They are not looking for backend programmers (DBA,
Security, Performance optimization, etc…). The individual can be junior, mid

Position Responsibilities – Summary

Reporting to the Integration Engineering Manager, and working closely with
Program Management, Configuration Management, Quality Assurance and Systems
Engineering, the Integration Engineer will help test and deploy new photo
Identification Card/ Identification enrollment, verification, and issuance
systems throughout North America. Qualified candidates will play a key role
in the emerging technology and large-scale application of secure
identification, biometrics, and machine-readable card technologies including
Digital Watermarking.

Reports to the Manager Integration Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate and document secure ID systems using existing system
components, and qualify technical system solutions to meet customer needs as
defined by a System Architecture Document.
• Develop Integration and Acceptance Testing Specification,
system-level Bills of Materials, Installation and Configuration Guides,
Network maps, and other technical documents that are approved and signed off
by both customer and the firm’s internal organizations.
• Work multiple technical areas, often self-guided, sometimes under
the guidance of a technical lead or Senior Integration Engineer.
• There will be a strong emphasis on working with internal teams to
specify and qualify system components, assessing hardware fitness for the
intended task, component inter-operability, robustness, and life cycle
planning.
• Must be able to actively participate and perform duties within the
scope of the end-to-end system solution. This requires an understanding of
all critical aspects of the technical solution being implemented.
• Will work with procurement and deployment planning to move systems
from development to field installation.

Required Skills and Competencies

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities Required:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering,
Network Engineering, or proven equivalent experience.
• Some experience in end-to-end system design and execution
required.
• Experience with software based systems that include complex user
interfaces and advanced peripheral devices in a distributed network
environment.
• Experience in technical specification documentation a must.
• Must demonstrate the ability to interact with customers
individually and in work groups.
• Must have the ability to define assigned technical project
segments at a detailed level, clearly document them, and submit for
approval.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, inter-personal)
are required.
• Ability and willingness to travel for some assignments is
required. Extended on site assignments will occur from time to time.

Desired Experience:

• Six or more years of Technical Experience with four or more years

Microsoft Skills:

• Windows (XP, Vista, 2003 Server, and 2008 Server) OS installation

mass-deployment techniques (Ghost, Sysprep, SMS, etc.).
• Windows workstation security and authentication, including: local
security groups, service control management, NTFS; EFS; local security
policy settings; auditing and monitoring.
• Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI)
• Windows server and domain security and authentication, including
LAN settings, Windows Integrated Authentication, and Kerberos.
• Active Directory principles, including: group policy object
creation, management, and troubleshooting; AD OUs and security groups;
domain authentication, nesting, and trusts.
• Web Services integration based on the .NET 2.0 framework
• MS Web Services Enhancements (WSE) 3.0 configuration and
troubleshooting.
• Internet Information Services (IIS) installation and configuration
skills, including: custom web site installation that enables multi-site
hosting on single servers; web site security and authentication, including
all flavors of WSE security; certificate installation, configuration, and
management; web application configuration (ASP.NET in particular); logging
and troubleshooting.
• SQL Server 2005 installation, management, troubleshooting,
SQL/T-SQL, and SQL security experience a plus
• MCSE a big plus
• Knowledge and experience of all above Microsoft skills using GUI
*and* the command line / scripting

General Network Skills:

• Intermediate knowledge of Ethernet technology, including: twisted
pair cabling (e.g., CAT5), hubs, switches, and patch panels.
• Intermediate knowledge of TCP/IP: addressing, routing,
troubleshooting IP port availability and connectivity, familiarity with
default application IP ports.
• Basic knowledge of gateways, firewalls, and routers, and how to
troubleshoot connectivity problems

Other Skills:

• Understanding and experience reading and modifying XML
• Advanced knowledge of PC architecture, including: specifying,

• Server hardware knowledge and troubleshooting skills a plus,

A busy group practice in Winchester, MA, seeks a full-time, reliable, and experienced medical secretary to join our administrative team. Our fast-paced and friendly office has 9 psychotherapists, supported by a staff of 4 administrators. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person.

Previous experience working in a medical office, 5 years plus, and with a medical computer-based software program is required. The right person will have an innovative eye towards helping improve and streamline office functions. Candidate should also be customer service oriented and be used to working as part of a team.

Hours are Mon-Thurs 9:00am-6:00pm, Fri 9:00am-3:00pm (non-negotiable). Our administrative team is like a second family so a long-term commitment, at least one year plus, with desire to make this position his/her career is mandatory.

Salary is $37K (depending on experience) with excellent benefits available (401K and individual medical).

The Asset Managers within MRB are charged with ensuring the full accountability and effective utilization of all Transportation, Plant and Production related equipment to include, but not limited to, all OTR Vehicles, Plant Service Vehicles, Ground Support Equipment and related Plant Infrastructure, Mobile and Fixed Processing and Material Handling Equipment, Bulk Loaders, Pier Cranes and all related attachments and special fixtures required to facilitate the use or support of the aforementioned Assets. The term accountability is be strictly construed to include the entire life of such equipment from initial acquisition thru asset disposition and specifically addresses any and all movement or transfer and maintenance of the asset beyond that associated with routine organizational maintenance required to maintain daily operational readiness. The Asset Manager will have direct oversight within their Regions regarding effective utilization to ensure not only the right-sizing and placement, but also the responsibility to affirm a balanced operation of all like equipment is practiced by operating activities. The Asset Manager will be fully engaged in the acquisition process with Manufacturers and Suppliers to assure all technical specifications are met or exceeded. The Asset Manager will work with the Regional Management, Regional Business Partner and Facility GM's in the development and submission of AFE’s and in the preparation of Capital Expenditure Budgets. In addition, Asset Managers will cause to have in place accurate inventories of all assigned Assets to include detailed records within the Oracle MDCS as to Type / Model / Series and Revision (TMS & R) information with particular attention to the recording of serial numbers and TMS & R information for installed major components or attachments. The incumbent must make qualified determinations throughout the useable life of the Assets as to preventative maintenance inspection criteria and oversee Hydraulic & Oil Analysis Programs and implement the planned removal and / or replacement of major components as part of an overall Service Life Extension Program (SLEP). It is essential the Incumbent sees that uniform and best practice maintenance work procedures are in place to contribute towards a predictive versus a reactive based maintenance effort. Lastly, it is the Asset Manager, in concert with Facility Maintenance Managers, Facility GM's and Safety Engineers, who will cause to ensure all required safety equipment is installed and maintained and that local activities do not affect any modification to equipment that is in violation of its intended use or the manufacturer’s design.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Minimum of 15 years’ experience with a strong background in the repair and maintenance of both mobile and stationary equipment, including the ability to read equipment manuals, blueprints, schematics, etc. Must have a keen understanding of the heavy equipment market to work with others within the business to negotiate favorable terms and competitive rates for the purchase of new equipment; for maintenance service contracts; and to determine fair market value of all assets owned by MRB across all regions. This position requires possession of a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive an automobile.

Ability to apply logical principles to solve practical problems and deal with a large number of variables and determine a specific course of action. Ability to analyze data, to develop effective equipment strategies from such analysis, and to translate these strategies into effective actions at the operational level. Familiarity with Windows, Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and the Oracle suite of applications related to EAM, Purchasing and Inventory Management.

Education/Experience (Minimum)
