Looking for a recently or soon to be RIF'd Admin Assistant with a background in marketing, sales, and/or corporate business development for a two-pronged role at CIRCOR Intermational in Burlington, MA. Candidates must have excellent skills using MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint, and be an Outlook whiz at challenging calendar management and travel itineraries - will be supporting VP of Business Development and new team members. Additionally, this candidate MUST be willing to assume reception duties and act as a back up to the office manager. Business savvy, high level of professionalism, attention to detail are key attributes.
Salary to mid 50's. Great growing, publicly traded company, excellent location, collegial team-oriented atmosphere.
