Manager of Member Services
The North Suburban Chamber seeks a candidate with business to business sales and marketing skills. The North Suburban Chamber of Commerce is a dynamic and growing membership organization representing over 400 businesses.
Reporting to the President, the Manager of Member Services manages all aspects of the Chamber’s membership recruitment and retention program. They will be responsible for the Chamber’s website and programs. Specific duties include, developing and executing a marketing plan to recruit local businesses to the organization and developing and executing a retention plan to ensure member satisfaction and loyalty. They will register members, market and execute all of the Chambers programs and projects. Some evening and early morning meetings are required. Other administrative duties as needed by President
A proven track record of successful sales experience is vital. The ability to think strategically and creatively, work well with volunteers and be a team player is a must. Also must be proficient with Microsoft Office products and possess a positive attitude. Marketing skills and working with databases is a plus.
Base salary plus Commission.
