Group Medical Visit Project Manager
Department: Women\'s HealthFLSA: Exempt
Status: Full-Time
Brief Description of the Position: Reporting to Director of Clinical Services and working closely with the Chief Medical Officer the Group Medical Visit Project Manager & Women’s Health Coordinator will be responsible for developing and improving the current group care system at CSHC and will support the operation of the Women’s Health department, including oversight of the prenatal care management and family planning staff, grant management, data management, and research.
Qualifications and/or Experience:
Master degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration or related field, 2+ years experience in successfully managing healthcare environment. Professional attitude and ability to relate to executive management, professionals and business and community leaders. Excellent leadership and self-direction, good judgment in handling difficult situations and good organizational, time management, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in Spanish or Haitian Kreyol is a plus. Interest in material and child health is preferred.
