| InfoMedics, Inc. Director of Human Resources Provide leadership, direction, and day to day administration of all Human Resources functions throughout the organization. Develop, implement, coordinate, evaluate, and modify as appropriate all policies, procedures, processes, and programs covering Recruitment, Employment, Compensation, HR Information Systems, and Records Keeping, Employee Relations, Benefit Administration, Training & Development, and Career & Organizational Development, including talent management and succession planning, in support of strategic business objectives and the defined organizational culture of the company. To be seriously considered, a candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development or equivalent education and/or experience. 10+ years of progressively responsible human resources experience and leadership in a professional services organization with emphasis on strong recruitment/employment and compensation is required.
