**Responsibilities**:

A successful candidate will play a significant role on the Software
Quality Assurance test team to integrate, test, and deliver
state-of-the-art web service application software. Candidate will be
required to create and execute new feature and regression test cases
using both manual and or automated test suites. Position will require
candidate to work closely with Development Engineering and Professional
Services to define test requirements and to insure that customer
specifications are met.

**Qualifications**:

* BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred.
* Minimum of 7 or more years of Software Quality Assurance test
experience.
* 5 or more years of experience in all phases of the software
development life cycle in a project oriented environment.
* 3 or more years of test automation experience.
* Experience with the setup, configuration, and use of Automated QA
- TestComplete automation test tool would be a plus.
* Test experience with applications developed in two or more of the
following: .Net / Windows Presentation Foundation / Silverlight.
* Fundamental UI testing capabilities.
* Experience with Relational Database Management Systems.
* Experience with Agile Development Methodology a plus.
* Must have strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills.
* Able to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional
technical team.
* Strong organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.

*2. Contractor - Applications Developer*

*Responsibilities:*

The individual selected for this position will participate in the
implementation of software solutions for internal and external clients
leveraging existing framework and enhancing that framework with new
features. Understanding of the technologies we use and a passion to
extend and expand that knowledge is very important. Enjoy independent
and collaborative methods to research, evaluate and determining the most
effective and elegant solutions to problems. You will work both
autonomously and as a team committed to producing results.
Responsibilities will include:

.Learn and understand the business requirements, current applications
and design enhancements needed.

.Analyze software problems with advanced debugging techniques

.Integrate design changes and enhancement requests into the
infrastructure of the application. Instruct other developers and data
analysts on the impact of the change to the infrastructure as required.

.Produce results and expected deliverables in agile environment with
short delivery timeframes

.Effectively collaborate with team members, internal and external clients.

.Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills

.Communicate with management and others regarding project opportunity
and risks in an effective and timely manner

.Assist in the preparation of required documentation

.Assist other staff in debugging and solving programming or design issues

*Skills and Experience:*

.BS/BA in computer science or a related field

.Excellent design and programming skills

.Strong ability to comprehend existing source code base

.Drive and passion for technology

.Extensive development experience within a large organization

.Self starter

.Great interpersonal and communication skills

.An in-depth understanding of systems, data architecture, and
configuration management

.Must be a team player and be able to work in an operationally critical,
diverse and dynamic environment

.Experience with integrated software engineering processes including
unit testing, source control, continuous build, UML, and documentation
generation

.Strong skills in analysis, design, development and deployment of
enterprise application systems.

.Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across layers of an
application

*Required Technology Experience for .NET Developers:*

.3+ years .Net Framework

.3+ years C#

.3+ years HTML and XML

.Visual Studio experience is mandatory

.1+ years WPF/Silverlight
