Geriatric Nurse Care Manager
NortheastLink in Beverly is seeking a Geriatric Nurse Care Manager to provide and coordinate nursing services and care planning for all clients within their home, assisted living or long term care facility.
Qualifications:
BSN preferred, not required
Current RN license
Experience in Geriatrics
Ability to work well as part of a team
Desire to learn and grow within the organization
Per Diem Position
Spectrum Adult Day Health At North Andover
Spectrum is seeking an experienced and professional Registered Nurse to join our team at our program in North Andover.
Spectrum is an Adult Day Health program dedicated to supporting the health and well-being of elders with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. This is an opportunity to work within our multi-disciplinary team of professional health care workers supporting elders with dementia. The goal is to provide a fulfilling, enjoyable and safe day. The ideal candidate exhibits professional, effective communication skills and experience working with people who have memory disorders and their caregivers.
Qualifications:
Current RN license
CPR certification
Experience working with elders with dementia.
Ability to work well as part of a team
Desire to learn and grow within the organization
