(5) Weekday Shift -Production Associate Positions - First SHIFT - M- Thurs 7am-5:30pm with OT until 8pm
General Summary - Production Associate
Performs a variety of job functions in the production environment as directed based on workload. To include responsibilities in each of the following areas. Must be proficient in each and will move from role to role as required but will not perform all functions listed simultaneously.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Warranty Return Administration: process paperwork and conduct SAP transactions for warranty returns and replacement orders. Requires inspection and documentation of failure categories for manufacturing engineering.
• Order Fulfillment: Review SAP generated Daily Ship Schedule and fill orders accordingly. Based on sales order requirements, input data into a windows based program that performs a variety of production applications, including software and license generation, serialization of tokens, etc. Maintain SAP transactions and assist in monitoring inventory levels (cycle counts).
•Keep a clean and organized work area.

Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience Required: 1-3 years
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Special: Must be able to work overtime as needed, including weekends if necessary.
