Part-time (20 hours) Donor Relations Associate, Malden, Elder Services.
Essential Duties and Qualifications:
Seeking self-motivated individual experienced working in a non-profit fundraising environment. Must be organized and detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
Responsibilities include planning, organizing and performing a variety of fundraising activities designed to increase revenue. Coordinating quarterly donor direct mail campaigns, donor prospect research and donor database management are some of the other main duties.
Bachelor’s Degree (or significant non-profit development and database experience may be substituted for degree).
Individual should be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; have working knowledge of a donor database such as Raiser’s Edge and 3 years work experience .
Salary range: $15-$20 an hour. Benefits include vacation, and paid sick time, health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan and educational reimbursement.
