Seeks a Program Director – Energy Programs
Exciting opportunity to oversee, coordinate and lead Tri-CAP’s Energy Programs Division which includes fuel assistance, weatherization, conservation, and energy efficiency programs.
Responsibilities: Responsible for communication with funding sources, community partners and clients. Oversee and assist with grant/contract renewals, program development, budgeting and planning & reporting. Supervise, train, evaluate and participate in hiring part-time and full-time staff (currently 14). Energy Programs serve nearly 6,000 households/year.
Qualifications: Required MA or BA degree (preferred degrees include human services, environmental studies or public administration); min. 3 years supervisory exp with a Masters; all others must have 5 years progressively responsible management exp.
Skills: General knowledge of Energy programs; well organized; excellent writer; computer skills; team player; knowledge of low income community; ability to work in fast paced environment.
