ikaSystems in Southborough, MA is looking to hire over 150 new employees over
the next few months, and we are in need of two full time contract sourcers to
assist our staffing team. The primary function will be sourcing resumes, but we
also need people who will roll up their sleeves and assist as needed with the
entire recruitment cycle. The sourcers will work from a home office initially
until our new office space is ready, but will be required to come to the office
periodically for meetings, etc. These two contract assignments are expected to
last several months.

have experience recruiting in the healthcare/healthplan industries, as well as
