Technical Recruiter-Norwell, MA office
In this position, the recruiter is responsible for the full-life cycle recruitment process including:
„« Identification of potential candidates utilizing websites, internal databases, referrals, job fairs, and other creative networking techniques
„« Conducting phone screenings, in-person interviews and skill assessments in order to determine applicant¡¦s technical competence
„« Present contract opportunities to qualified applicants
„« Negotiate contract and terms of employment
„« Build and maintain excellent relationships with contract employees
Requirements:
„« Minimum of 3 year¡¦s of IT recruiting experience in an agency environment
„« Ability to work independently while maintaining a high-sense of urgency and professionalism
„« Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with IT professionals
