Student Loan Collectors Are Wanted!
Windham Professionals, Inc. is a national debt management company with an office in Woburn, MA. We are family owned and operated, looking for professionals like you to join our winning team!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Contact consumers via telephone to collect outstanding debt
•Resolve consumer disputes within state and federal regulations
•Follow up on promised payments
•Maintain assigned accounts
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
•High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
•Related collections, telemarketing, sales experience a plus
•High level of communication skills a must
POSITION BENEFITS:

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:
•Ability to work 2 nights a week until 10PM
•Ability to work 2 Saturdays a month (8AM-12PM)
