Job Developer/Career Resource Specialist - Work Opportunities Unlimited
Work Opportunities Unlimited is looking for energetic individuals to join our Career Services Team in the Woburn area. Work Opportunities Unlimited supports individuals with disabilities in developing career goals, job seeking skills, securing employment and life skills training.
For this fast-paced position, the successful candidate will collaborate with businesses and develop partnerships with employers to secure community-based long-term employment for individuals. Primary duties include initiating employer contact, developing long-term relationships with hiring managers, and making placements.
Successful candidates will:
- Have a passion to make a difference in people's lives
- Be outgoing, personable, and extremely self-motivated
- Enjoy working independently in the community
- Have excellent problem solving and communication skills
Position Requirements:
- Human Service Skills
- Sales, Business development, and/or Networking Experience
- Active Driver's license and use of personal automobile for work
