January 12 (Wednesday), Session 1 at 9:30 a.m., Session 2 at 11 a.m.: Comcast will be holding an Open House, recruiting for Customer Account Executives – Technical.
Please choose one of the group sessions ( 9:30 or 11 a.m.) and contact The Career Place to pre-register. Comcast representatives will speak to each group for approximately a half hour. After each group session, Comcast representatives will meet with job seekers individually.

Must have min. one year of Customer Service Experience in a high-contact, service-related environment.
Rate of pay is $13/hr. (this does not differentiate on experience)
Must be willing to work in Chelmsford (40 hr/wk) 3:30 pm-midnight OR in Waltham (30 hr/wk) 4 pm – 10 pm; incl. same hours over the weekends; there is no flexibility in shifts.
High school diploma or general equivalency degree
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening
Technical aptitude or previous cable experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to articulate relevant information and directions in an organized and concise manner.
Proven ability to maintain composure in stressful situations and manage and diffuse angry or irate customers.
Proven mathematical ability to calculate basic transactions.
Demonstrated computer skills, which includes strong knowledge of Windows.
Ability to work shifts, evenings, weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed.
