Client Development Campaign Management Specialist (Burlington)
The Campaign Management Specialist will work hand in hand with the Client Development Analysis/ Trafficking Specialist to ensure each campaign is successful and advertisers renew the business. Expectations are to become the single point of contact during the lifetime of the campaign, and to work with the customers meeting their campaign objectives. The Client Development Campaign Management Specialist also focuses on opportunities to manage campaigns throughout the day. Additional expectations include:
- Monitoring the daily performance and delivery of each campaign and line item
- Top level analysis for ongoing campaign delivery status and performance
- Maintaining and revising the campaigns at advertiser’s request
- Strategizing with the Client Development Team to enhance performance of campaigns
- Becoming the point of contact for sales renewals and upsells
- Building solid customer relationships, acting as point person for customer questions and concerns
- Proactively reaching out to customers and Account Executives to discuss campaign performance and delivery
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years professional experience
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Familiarity with the Internet and Windows applications
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly
- Outstanding time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
