Position Responsibilities – Summary:

The Online Marketing Specialist will work in the area of conversion
optimization and monetization of the firms Internet Properties. The ideal
candidate is someone who is highly motivated and passionate about maximizing
visitor conversion using landing page and funnel optimization, analytics,
A/B testing, multivariate testing, abandonment reduction and recapture. The
candidate's success will be measured by quantifiable improvements in visitor
conversion and overall monetization. The position requires proficiency in a
unique blend of disciplines including analytical, quantitative, behavioral
and web design.

This position reports to the VP Marketing.

Detailed Responsibilities:

· Manage, measure and optimize all aspects of site conversion and
monetization.
· Manage web analytics, A/B and multivariate tests.
· Maximize revenue per visitor from various channels including SEO,
PPC, Affiliates/Partners.
· Manage landing page design and testing.
· Author conversion related product requirements and work with the
product development team to ensure successful project execution.
· As part of the firm’s marketing team, contribute to other
marketing activities as needed.

Required Skills and Competencies:

· 4-5 years of overall experience as this is a midlevel role - 2+
years experience with Internet marketing including thorough understanding of
conversion metrics and how to improve them. Not looking for people with
traditional marketing background as this experience is not very relevant to
the role.
· Passionate about maximizing website conversion and monetization.
· Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing and experimental
design. Experience with Google Analytics and Google Website Optimizer for
conversion testing is a plus.
· Experience developing effective website information architecture
and conversion funnels.
· Deep understanding of CPA, CPL, CPM SEM, SEO, CPC and PPC.
· Interest and understanding of human psychology, persuasion and how
it affects visitor behavior.
· Startup experience in High Traffic, Consumer Driven environments a
plus.
· Ability to quickly develop wireframes and mockups.
· Ability to work well in a high-energy, high-intensity team
environment
· Stable career history with proven track record of success
· B2C Marketing experience in any of the following industries would
be a big plus – Automotive, Banking, Finance, or Lending.
· BS in an analytical/quantitative discipline such as Statistics,
Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Economics. Masters degree or MBA is
a plus.

My client is seeking a Vice President Online Marketing and Business
Development, a key member of the leadership team to help them substantially
grow. Someone who is passionate about all things web related, can juggle
multiple priorities, and help them take their conversion rates to the next
level. This is an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to get
involved with key aspects of marketing for a red-hot start-up.

Strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as expertise in
affiliates, various lead generation models, and conversion optimization are
required. An in-depth understanding of end-to-end unit economics is
critical.

Significant experience with Social Media Channels, Viral Marketing, and
other current and Innovative Web 2.0 type techniques.

The successful candidate will have a broad knowledge of online services and
Internet companies in the US and experience in partners management.
Substantial experience negotiating deals and knowledge of online business
practices with the ability to be creative in deal structures is required.

This position will be a key part of the executive team and reports directly
to the President/CEO.

Detailed Responsibilities:

· Develop strategic plan and its successful execution.
· Manage marketing team and work closely with them to optimize affiliate
programs, campaigns and payout structure.
· Manage SEO improvements and creative development.
· Manage acquisition email program and developing strategies for list
growth.
· Track and measure the performance of online marketing campaigns. Design
test strategies and creative solutions to optimize results.
· Implement promotions via social media channels to drive customer
acquisition.
· Lead efforts to optimize end-to-end conversion including delivering a web
site/online experience that is significant enough to drive such conversion.
· Identify new advertising opportunities, negotiate terms and execute
agreements.
· Identify, develop and negotiate business development relationships to grow
revenue, audience, traffic and usage.
· Analyze the financial impact of potential partnerships and structure terms
that mitigate risk and optimize revenue and profit.

Required Skills and Competencies:

· Minimum of 7-8 years of relevant experience - High-level strategic
thinker, creative and high energy person
· Minimum of 3 years management experience
· Successful Internet business development track record is required – Must
have a strong background in developing partnership and affiliate
relationships/agreements
· Start-Up experience required in at least one High Traffic, Consumer
Driven, Internet, On-line or E-commerce company
· Direct consumer marketing experience and a proven track record, evidenced
by taking at least one Start-Up from Zero Customers, or close to it, to a
million+ unique visitors/month, ideally more, is required – Person must have
accomplished this with very limited resources/budget and was personally
instrumental in creating a highly successful endeavor – This is a true
Hunter type role - Must be willing & able to fully engage in all areas of
responsibilities – Proven success doing more with less – Small teams etc.
· Experience with site analytic tools
· Excellent leadership, prioritization, analytic and quantitative skills -
Outstanding communications, presentation & customer facing skills
· Ability to work well in a high-energy, high-intensity team environment
· Stable career history with proven track record of success
· Bachelors Degree or MBA in Marketing, Advertising or Business Management

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Corporate Manager 1 for Compass Program Administration, the Administrative Secretary/ Staff Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient and effective day–to-day functioning of the Compass Program.  The Staff Assistant will also share responsibility for greeting visitors to the facility and directing them to the appropriate staff member or conference room.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities                                     


• Maintain office files and systems to ensure the easy retrieval of documents and correspondence.

• Maintain computerized schedules and administer office technologies including voicemail and email.

• Facilitate electronic expense submission for program management

• Facilitate travel arrangements for program management

• Act as payroll timekeeper for Compass Program staff.

• Book conference rooms at Schrafft’s and other sites as needed by Compass program members. 

• Answer telephones, expedite priority matters and independently handle phone calls as appropriate

• Review incoming correspondence. Initiate first response where appropriate and route routine mail.

• Routine ordering of supplies and other office purchases. 

• Payment of invoices, within Partners Finance policies and guidelines.  Process purchase orders, check requests, etc.

• Provide pages, distribute MBTA passes, send out informational e-mails and distribute mail, packages, etc. to Compass Program members.

• Work with other Administrative Assistants within Finance and Information Systems, participating in projects and providing back-up coverage when needed.

• Make service calls to the appropriate vender for repairs to copiers, faxes, printers, projectors and other audio visual equipment

• Provide administrative support, including scheduling and monitoring of facilities and equipment for the Design Space

• Assist as requested in the preparation of presentation materials including PowerPoint and/or Visio material, and talking points.  Maintain materials library.

• Assist as requested in the creation and dissemination of communications to the program team.

• Occasionally assist in the management and access to Compass Sharepoint site for team members

• Maintain and update distributions lists

• Greet and assist visitors to the facility and direct them to the appropriate staff member or conference room.

• Direct staff to the appropriate conference room for meetings.

• Requires some flexibility around hours to provide reception coverage when needed for events and meetings.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associates degree plus 3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of work and experience. 
• Must be proficient in MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook
• Exposure and familiarity with Sharepoint
• Exposure and familiarity with Visio

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.  Sample of business writing will be required.

Overview:

This team member is required to perform many functions within the center, including all functions performed by Production Coordinator and Customer Service Coordinator team members. Additionally, will produce complex orders and operate equipment that requires more advanced knowledge and expertise. This team member will assist the Assistant Manager, in managing, monitoring, and facilitating all production processes. This team member may manage the tracking process, coordinate production, coordinate pick-ups and deliveries, perform final quality-checks and ensure communication among shifts. In addition, this position communicates with other team members and/or customers as needed during production and oversees job sharing with outside vendors or other FedEx Office locations.

Responsibilities:

This is a representative list of the general duties the Center Specialist may be asked to perform and is not intended to be all-inclusive >

·         Takes lead responsibility for digital imaging, scheduling and running black and white or color production on full service orders, including finishing services and large job management

·         Applies a thorough knowledge of theory and technique to achieve the highest possible quality

·         Sets up complex orders and performs multiple tasks at the same time, using automatic equipment capabilities

·         Takes preemptive action to prevent errors and waste

·         Troubleshoots equipment and customer problems using extensive knowledge of solutions and resources

·         May direct work of production team members

·         Maintains equipment and supplies, to include cleaning and repairing

·         May provide customer service, including anticipating customer needs, suggesting alternatives and problem solving, and is able to satisfy those needs with a minimum amount of supervision

·         Takes customer orders, giving pricing information, performs consultative selling to customers, and explains the benefits of digital printing technology to customers

·         Assists in the training of center team membersMay pick up and deliver customer ordersCollates, sorts and organizes customer orders

·         Produces work in accordance to pre-established priorities of customer projects

·         Operates the Point of Sale terminal (POS), handles money and makes change

Perform all other duties as needed or requestedSecondary responsibility for coordination of all shipping related services and activities, to include:
• Provides customer service by determining appropriate shipping methods, informing customers of company products, services, routes, and rates.
• Ensures quality customer service is given to customers by providing packaging services, as well as offering information about company products and services.
• Offer assistance to customers by suggesting appropriate shipping methods. Maintains inventory of shipping supplies.
• Maintains log of all incoming and outgoing parcels, prepares parcels for pickup by delivery drivers, and sorts incoming parcels.
• Assembles parcels and prepares goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels.
• May direct work of other team members. Performs duties with only minimal supervision by center manager and/or assistant manager. Must defer decisions involving changes in center procedures to center manager and/or assistant manager.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus one to three years of specialized experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

• Physical stamina sufficient to stand during entire shift, excluding rest breaks
• Physical stamina sufficient to move and lift 55 pound boxes
• Ability, on a consistent basis, to perform work activities requiring cooperation, instruction, persuasion, or speaking with others
