Ticket to Work Program and Assistance Available for Ticketholders
What is the Ticket Program?
The Ticket to Work Program is a voluntary employment program for people with disabilities who are interested in going to work.
Its goal is to increase opportunities and choices for Social Security disability beneficiaries in order to obtain employment, vocational rehabilitation and other support services.
How Does the Program Work?
The Social Security Administration (SSA) provides disability beneficiaries with a Ticket [Click here] to obtain services and job search assistance from an Employment Network (EN).
The Career Place, under Middlesex Community College, is an approved EN. We work with Tickethholders to develop a workplan to reach their employment goals and coordinate referrals to other support services.
