Full-Time Maintenance Assistant
8:00am-4:00pm Mondays through Fridays
The Somerville Home, Inc. a 59-bed Level Four Residential Care Facility is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Assistant to help the Facilities Manager with basic electrical, plumbing, floor work, painting and snow & trash removal. Presently the work schedule is Mondays through Fridays, 8am-4pm. However, applicants must have the flexibility to work varied schedules and occasional weekends depending on projects at hand AND MUST BE AVAILABLE for emergency on-call situations. A valid, clean driving record is a MUST for this full-time position as the Maintenance Assistant may assist the Home in the transporting of Residents to outside activities and may be responsible for assisting in the maintenance of the Somerville Home van.
