PBMS is currently seeking a

Full-Time Customer Service Associate with Driver responsibilties

who is customer service and career-minded; and, who is able to work in a fast paced production environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Must be able to communicate and interact with customers

Picks up mail at the Post office every morning.

Deliver mail to Post office in the evening.

Sorts Post Office and Inter-office mail.

Packs up all mail sorted by mail stop in delivering order.

deliver mail to each numbered mail stop.

Picks up mail at that mail stop, sorts it by outgoing Post office mail, Stamped, unstamped mail, and Inter-office.

Delivers mail within that building that was picked up going forward.

Make needed name changes at mail stops by adding or removing names.

Update customer employee mailing list.

Prepares cost saving sheets monthly.

Prepares outgoing mail for domestic and international offices

Researches mysteries mail.

Ships overnight packages using FedEx and UPS systems.

Use Postage machine for metering mail.

Contact customers when needed via phone or mail for information.

Clean van and full of gas daily.

Works overtime when needed.

Cross train others as needed.

Filing of old records as needed.

Be able to make on the spot decisions.

Qualifications

· Must have 6 months customer service experience.

· Must have 6 months driving experience

· Must have valid driver's license and clean DMV record.

· Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time.

· Must be able to lift and/or move up to 55lbs.

· Must have basic computer knowledge.

· Must be able to effectively communicate with clients and company personnel.
