| Position: Campaign Planning Manager – Endpoint Management Location: Waltham, MA Full/Part Time: Full-Time Reference No: CPMEM/WA/TS Develop, manage, and lead global marketing campaigns directly aligned to generate demand for Novell's core products and solutions. Secure tight global symmetry with cross-functional teams across different geos in marketing, product management, sales, and resource distribution to maximize campaign results. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the end-user computing focus area stakeholders aligned to a campaign such as product marketing, field marketing, sales enablement, product management, sales and partner teams, and services. Facilitate marketing offer development for Endpoint Management. Develop campaign plans and field marketing programs that are directly aligned to generating the forecasted revenue. Achieve approved marketing objectives for assigned campaign (i.e. prospects, leads, SSOs, appointment set, conversion ratios, and pipeline performance). Work closely with geo-based marketing teams, provide guidance on go-to-market priorities, activity and communication development, and ensure alignment between field execution plans and marketing teams. Lead global marketing campaign development and participate as a global representative to other internal and external teams. Work with global field marketing managers to ensure that plans are aligned with respective area’s selling strategies. Maintain and update marketing calendars and other campaign and activity tracking systems, including CRM/Marketing Analytics and content deliverable spreadsheets. Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field plus one year of experience in the job offered or the related occupations of Marketing Specialist or related. The experience must involve developing marketing campaigns and brand promotion. Experience must also involve developing global marketing campaigns targeting potential new customers; developing internet marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement efforts; developing marketing offers and communication plans to improve retention rates in base customers; managing cross-functional geographically dispersed teams to drive new product and/or offer launches; and analyzing CRM tool to forecast business needs and develop customized business proposals for new and base customers. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field plus five years of responsible experience in the specialty as equivalent to the Master’s degree and one year of experience.
