POSITION SUMMARY
Work as part of a team in a fast pace work environment having responsibility for oversight and coordination of
inspection flow and procedures. Cell team leader can perform all tasks conducted by the team in the
inspection process. QC Lead will aslo be required to report to QA manager and assist in decisions related to
team staffing,metrix review, and incoming inspection requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Essential Functions Statement(s)
l Review and Maintain Cell metrix including - On Time Delivery - Rejection Data - Process Diciplines
l Keep work areas clean.
l Frequent inspection of cables, battery packs, or electro-mechanical assembly. Adhere to and maintain
workmanship standards set forth by Co. Participate in continuous improvement training
l Determine work assignments and procedures. Daily communication to team focused on daily,weekly
and monthly goals, real time process improvement, and in process quality.
l Maintenence of incoming inspection procedures and data.
l Maintain exisiting calibration program and coordinate all RMA returns
l Ensure all internal corrective actions are reviewed and approved prior to moving material to the
warehouse

Work Schedule: Positions Supervised:
7:00am to 3:30 pm None
l Time Management - Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given
deadlines.
l Working Under Pressure - Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education : Associate's Degree (two year college or technical school)
Experience : Two to four years related experience
Computer Skills
Basic computer skills are neccessary.
Certificates & Licenses
IPC 610, ISO compliance standards. Lean Manufacturing and 5S experience a plus
