While serving as the digital marketing lead for a set of clients, you will build the case for digital solutions and help conceive and execute marketing programs that cross digital channels, integrate with offline media, and push interactive innovation.
Your minimum of 7 years of experience in all facets of earned, owned, and paid digital media point to specific past instances where you’ve strategically designed, planned, and executed integrated cross-channel digital programs that generated results.
Your thought leadership is evident throughout your blog, in how you engage on Twitter, and in your active participation in industry events. You have a contagious curiosity for interactive marketing and can’t help but constantly immerse yourself in trends and emerging media. And you know just which relevant sound bites to share and with whom.
Your presentations and deliverables are crisply organized and as visually pleasing as is your ability to verbally present them. You have a talent for taking complex concepts and simplifying them into an elegant, relevant, and logical business case that succinctly flows together and is backed by proven data, insights and best practices. You know how to ask the right questions to ensure you’re delivering what’s expected and to scale your deliverables appropriately.
You’re a strong leader and bridge builder who can seek out, connect, and collaborate with the right team members at the right time. Your meeting facilitation skills match your ability to follow-through and to be relentlessly proactive in communicating with others.
You know what it takes to deliver because you’ve previously managed complex interactive projects and are able to effectively set and manage internal team and client expectations while partnering with our production, media, creative, and account teams. You are as technically-minded as you are marketing-minded. Perhaps you’ve developed your own websites in the past because you get how the web works and will instill client confidence in the agency’s ability to deliver.
You thrive under pressure and you’re quick on your feet. You know how to seamlessly navigate the everyday politics of organizations, teams, and people because you’ve built up an arsenal of management lessons learned through your entrepreneurial spirit. Your natural humility yet charisma draw people in, promote collaboration, and energize the kind of work that everyone is proud of.
Ideally you’ve worked with financial services clients, and can demonstrate how you’ve reached the target consumer through social media, content partnerships, search & display, email marketing, online video, and mobile.
