            POSITION: R&D Chemist                                                       DATE: 2/11/2010

            LOCATION: MA

            SALARY: 70 to 85K

            REQUIREMENTS: BS Degree in Chemistry.       

3+ years of experience in polymer synthesis and the formulation of solvent

based Acrylic Adhesives systems. Reports to the director of R&D.

Experience in Tape products strongly desired. Must have good written and

verbal communication skills. Ability to work with people at all levels is

desired. Excellent benefit programs. Travel as needed to provide customer

service and support.

            DESCRIPTION: This is a  hands on position working on a variety

solvent based PSA adhesives used in the tape industry. Product lines involve

the Medical, Automotive, EMI/RFI shielding, Insulation, HVAC etc with a

variety of substrates; metal foils, foams, glass and plastics. Candidates must

be capable of working a number of projects involving products from

formulation through scale up with minimum supervision.
