Pool Technician

Sweetwater Pool Service in West Newton is looking for swimming pool technicians. Our company has been growing under new ownership for the past three years and we are looking to make an investment in young people who are looking for a long term commitment. We are interested in young candidates with (1) a few years of experience, (2) no experience but some skilled trade experience, and (3) just out of school and looking for a skilled trade career. The pool season starts in April and runs through October.  All employees

are laid off in late October and come back the following April.  You are eligible for unemployment during the off season.  Employees average about 1400 hours per season which is equivalent to thirty-five 40 hours weeks. The off season is 20-24 weeks long.  Despite the long off season, our employees are loyal and return to us every April. All candidates must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record and excellent map skills.
