People & Systems is assisting a social service organization located in a suburb north of Boston with their search for Case Managers.
2 POSITION TITLES: Case Manager & Case Manager (Bi-lingual Spanish)

As the Case Manager for this reputable agency, you will provide comprehensive, professional case management services to participants through encouraging, promoting and developing positive life skills; meeting emergency and long-term participant needs; and fostering an atmosphere of support and cooperation among staff, volunteers, families and allied organizations. You will conduct intake assessments, develop a service plan that meets individual needs, secure needed services for participants, and meet with participants weekly to discuss their progress. You will have the opportunity to work as part of a team, participate in meetings, maintain up-to-date client files, and meet with a supervisor weekly to review your caseload, identify issues/concerns, and receive feedback and support.
QUALIFICATIONS:
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree, 1-3 years of human services experience (prior case management experience in a social service setting is highly desirable). A valid driver’s license and ability to provide your own transportation are a must. A high level of resiliency, professionalism, and understanding of the professional/personal boundaries necessary in providing these services is critical. Bi-lingual Case Manager position requires fluency in Spanish.
