Service Representatives part-time Andover & Taunton, MA Part-Time Service Representatives (SR) will work in a call center handling requests from existing or new customers for installation, disconnection, or changes of telephone systems and services. This position involves sitting at a computer workstation and using a telephone headset while processing continuous incoming calls.  The successful applicant will possess customer service, sales and keyboarding skills.  Mandatory job performance results must be met, including those objectives set for sales, call-handling times, and customer courtesy.    Starting wages for this position is $14.92 per hour.  Hours to be worked are determined by seniority, job requirements qualifications and employee preference.  In this demanding sales environment, hours may vary and may require evening, holiday and/or overtime hours.  This is a temporary part-time position with benefits and paid training.  All applicants must qualify on pre-employment testing, medical and background checks.   To apply and to register for testing, visit our website at www.verizon.com/careers.
