We are currently hiring Route Sales Representatives (RSR) to become part of our growing team of motivated delivery drivers. This will be done through maintaining and growing our business of home and office delivery through a full line of water products.
 
This position requires a CDLclass B license but we are willing to train.You provide the enthusiasm and the drive to succeed; we will provide the training and support! We offer a comprehensive training program and an excellent compensation plan. Average earnings for the first year is $50,000.00+.

JOB OPPORTUNITY
 
POSITION TITLE: ROUTE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
FUNCTION: Route Operations LOCATION: Belmont/Bridgewater, MA
REPORTS TO: Route Operation Manager
 
EXPECTED START DATE: ASAP
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Safely operate assigned route according to Company Policy and service excellence. Safely operate company vehicle to sell and deliver 5 gallon bottles, 3 gallon bottles, cases of water, etc. Each 5-gallon container weighs approximately 43 Ibs. Develop
relationship with and provide service and products to new and existing customers that ensure customer retention and customer loyalty. Complete all service calls, promptly resolving customer problems or complaints. Respond to customer calls on company
provided cell phone in a safe and timely manner. Use PC process/system to manage customers in keying transactions, balance all route activities, follow daily and am/pm procedures and maintain customer data. Protect company assets, including collection of
equipment and payments. Other service activities as assigned. Perform other duties that will enhance the profitability and growth of the branch as assigned. This is not a complete description of the Route Sales Representative position.
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to safely operate company vehicle according to established procedures and maintain safe working habits for all route operations. The physical ability to lift equipment and lift and carry 5 gallon bottles weighing nearly 43 pounds. Basic computer
and data entry skills and math abilities. Demonstrates ability and willingness to provide outstanding customer service, placing customers' needs first. Demonstrates ability to communicate with and influence people in order to sell products and services to existing customers. Demonstrates ability to organize and prioritize many different needs and requirements. Ability to meet Company Driver Qualification Policy. Organizing/planning: Ability to prioritize tasks and use resources effectively and efficiently. High school diploma or GED. Valid Class B CDL.
